The History of the TATARS since Ancient Times

The seven-volume work entitled “The History of the Tatars since Ancient Times” written in English language and published by the Institute of History of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan has supplemented the Department of Literature in Foreign Languages of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan.

This publication is a joint work of scientists of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian and foreign researches. Each volume covers a fundamentally new period in the History of the Tatars. In addition to original texts the publication contains illustrated material, maps and quotes from the most significant sources.

The Academic publication, which has replenished the collection «Tatarika», appeals not only to scientists and experts, history and English lovers, but also to foreign guests of the capital of Tatarstan.
