The Legal Information System: “Official Legal Information and Periodicals of Legal Information”

The legal information system, “Official Legal Information and Periodicals of Legal Information,” is available to provide users electronic versions of printed legal materials:

• Assembly of Legislation of the Russian Federation;
• The Bulletin of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation;
• The Bulletin of Statutory Laws of the Ministries and Departments of the Russian Federation;
• The Bulletin of Statutory Laws of Federal Enforcement Authorities ;
• The Bulletin of International Contracts ;
• The Bulletin of Maximum Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation;
• Collection of Statutory Laws of the Federal Boundary Service of the Russian Federation;
• Assembly of Certificates of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation;
• Documents of the Congress of People's Deputies and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation.

Users of the system can easily find the required document with the help of various variants of search fields. The system can work both on a personal computer and in a local computer network.

Today, the system contains a full set of legal certificates from the Russian Federation from the period 1992 to 1999. Updating of the information databases of the system occur weekly. Work on updating the system’s documents for the previous year are conducted simultaneously.

According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation #808, from August 4, 1995, the documents contained in the system are deemed reference materials. The developer of the system creates the Scientific and Technical Center for Legal Information "System" for the Federal Agency of Governmental Communication and Information of the President of the Russian Federation.
