«USA from A to Z»

On June, 18th at the school №122 of Kazan the first exit arrangement of the Department of Literature in Foreign Languages from a cycle «Regional geography for pupils» has taken place. Employees of the department have presented the presentation “USA from A to Z” to pupils of 3rd class who is engaged at the summer camp of the school.

The presentation comprised the information about the country and its inhabitants, the politics, history, education and the culture in accessible language for children and with a considerable quantity of photos and schemes. Children took active part at the offered competitions and quizes and competed with each other in commands with pleasure. The names of commands have been chosen by children according to the declared theme – "USA", "Hollywood", "Disneyland" and "Broadway". It is necessary to notice that the command "USA" became the winner of all competitions and quizes.

At the end of action children have sung the composed song with names of states of the USA at the style of rap, and also have expressed desire to carry out another similar arrangement.
