Seminar for library professionals on working in the ALIS "Ruslan"

From 18 to 23 April, 2016 on the basis of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan were conducted seminars for librarians of the municipal libraries of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of training at the refresher courses on the educational program "Automated Library System "Ruslan": technologies of set-making, processing, service". Training course was organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Institute of additional professional education of specialists in social and cultural sphere and art.

Staff of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan held classes "Electronic recording and re-registration of users", "Automated Workstation of a librarian "Automated delivery of books", "Automated Workstation of a librarian "Set-making and cataloging", "Portal "National Electronic Library Republic of Tatarstan" for the library professionals from Al'keevo, Tukayevsky, Drozhzhanoe, Arsky, Kukmor, Cheremshan, Aktanysh, Baltasi municipal districts. During the workshops students had the opportunity to use the tutorials on the subject and the handouts. Special attention of the participants were paid to the advices from leading specialists of a library.

Gained knowledge will help specialists of a republic to improve the service of users in the their libraries and increase the quality of the Consolidated electronic library catalog of the Republic of Tatarstan.
