Was born April 14, 1956, in the village of Almetyevo, Oktyabrsky district of the TASSR.

Graduated from the Kazan State Pedagogical University with a degree in History, Social Science and English language teaching (1979). She completed an internship in the USA (Austin, TX) under the program of Communications, including marketing, management, sales, promotion, and personnel management in the television and radio industry.

2001 - 2002: General Director of the Horriyat, a non-profit foundation for supporting economic transformation of information, analytical and cultural activities.

2002 - 2005: Deputy Chairman of the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company "Tatarstan" for information broadcasting.

2006 - 2016: General Director of the branch OJSC TATMEDIA, “TV and Radio Company“ in Kazan.

2016 - 2020: Deputy General Director of JSC "TRK" Novy Vek "-" TNV, information broadcasting.

Since August 2020: Director of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Honored Worker for the Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Was awarded with the medal of the Republic of Tatarstan, "For Valiant Labor,” in commemoration of the 1000th anniversary of Kazan.
