The department forms and carries out the publishing policies of the library, taking into account the needs of the bibliographic and information services and the needs of the patrons of the libraries of the republic. It develops the thematic plan for the publishing house, Milli Kitap. It organizes scientific, technical and literary editing for the preparation of the release of materials and carries out their publication and advertising.
