The open door day at the department of arts of the National library of Tatarstan

On May, 15th, 2009 at the department of arts of the National library of Tatarstan (Teatralnaya St., 5) the Open door day for teachers of music and fine arts of the Republic has passed with great success.
More than 80 visitors who were present in the event, became familiarized with the new documents from the department funds about technique of teaching music, the fine arts and the development of creative abilities of pupils.
Employees of the department shared consultation and instructions for using the library, discussed the allocation of funds, have acquainted others with the organization of the catalogues of the National library of the Republic of Tatarstan, and present a review of periodicals of art.
In the conclusion of the Open door day the presentation of innovative curricula and methodical workings of music and the fine of arts took place in the large reading room of the library (Kremlevskaya St., 33).
The Department of Literature in Foreign Languages of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan (36 Karl Marx Str.) is happy to present new book arrivals to its visitors. Our new stock will be interesting to those who learn Russian as a foreign language or teach it to international students.
The seven-volume work entitled “The History of the Tatars since Ancient Times” written in English language and published by the Institute of History of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan has supplemented the Department of Literature in Foreign Languages of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan.
From March 14 to 16, 2017 the officials of the Department of Literature in Foreign Languages of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan organized meetings with the lecturers and students of Kazan Federal University.
