For the tour guides about the attractions of Kazan

On April 25, 2016 at the Information and Bibliographic Department of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan (ul. Kremlevskya, d. 33) was held an Information Day for the tour guides.

For a group of listeners of an educational center of additional vocational education "Komfest" were conducted a review-presentation of an informational resources of the website of the Republic of Tatarstan of the National Library and of the portal "National Electronic Library of the Republic of Tatarstan", an overview of Internet resources related to the monuments of Kazan and Tatarstan. Also the advices on searching of information at the electronic library catalog were given.

Due to the 130-year anniversary, special attention was paid to a bio-bibliographic directory "Gabdulla Tukay".

An exhibition of teaching and reference materials for excursions was highly demanded. At the end of the event, the participants had a tour through the building of the library – the House of Zinaida Ushkova, which is an architectural monument of federal significance.
