On March 10, 2016 at the Literary Cafe of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan (ul. Kremlevskaya, d. 33.) there was held the next event in the series "The tea ceremonies of the world" - the Russian tea party, the participants of which became the students of the department of world culture of the Kazan (Volga region) Federal University.
On March 10, 2016 at the Department of Periodical editions of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan there was held an event for the students of the third grade of the autonomous institution of social service the Rehabilitation Centre for Children and Adolescents with Disabilities "The Sun" under the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan ".
In March of 2016 the department of Arts of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan (ul. Teatralnaya, d. 5) offers to the visitors a collection of documents in the framework of the project "The calendar of significant and memorable dates on art".
A book exhibition "The Nature of Tatarstan: rivers and lakes" is presented in the Grand Reading Room of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan (ul. Kremlevskaya, d. 33) during the March, 2016. The exhibition is organized within the the Year of the Water Protection Zones in the Republic of Tatarstan, announced by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and timed to coincide with World Water Day on March, 22.
On March 1, 2016 in the reading room of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan (ul. K. Marksa, d. 36) there was held a literary-musical evening dedicated to spring and love, the participants of which were the students and teachers of the Institute of Economics, Management and Law (IEML).
On March 3, 2016 in the framework of cooperation with the training center of additional vocational training "Komfest" at the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan there was held the Day of Information for the tour guides.
The National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan became one of the attractions of Kazan that were visited by participants of the session of the Presidium of the All-Russian public movement "Association of Finno-Ugric Peoples of the Russian Federation", held in the capital of the Republic from 25th till 27th of February.
On February 19, 2016, the employees of the Department of the periodical editions of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan (ul. Karl Marx, d. 36) had held an event for the students of the Municipal Public Educational Organization "Gymnasium No.3" of the Vakhitovsky district of Kazan, dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the poet-hero Musa Jalil (1906-1944).
